Valentine's Day

I had to post these pictures my girls' valentine hair! I found this cute website about cute hairstyles for little girls. They had all these heart hairstyles and I did some of them for my girls over the week of Valentine's Day. They got masses of compliments and it was just fun!

Here is the hair-do Olivia sported for her Valentine's Day party at school and below is Ella's.

When Emily saw the picture, she asked if I could do her hair like that, but I said I couldn't for a long time because she just got her hair cute REALLY short, stacked in the back and everything. 8/09: Mark's been working a lot of hours lately. This is Ella's commentary on that. E: I want daddy to quit his job at the hospable and go work at a grocery store. That way he will be there when we go there.
2/09: Annie wanted to go on a bike ride, but she realized that I do not have a bike. She said, "That's okay mommy, someday my bike will grow into your size." I was then distracted and doing other things when I heard Annie open the door to the garage. I couldn't see her, but I asked her what she was doing. She replied, "I'm going out to water my bike so it can grow for you!" She had literally gotten a cup and filled it up with water, put her shoes on, and was heading out to the garage to "water my bike".
2/09: We were babysitting my neice Violet and Annie was throwing a fit. I told her she needed to be quiet because Baby Vi was asleep. Annie said in a sassy voice, "I don't care!" I then told her she would have to go to her room if she woke her up and she said, "Well, I can get out!"...so sassy!
2/09: The other day we were driving through a neighborhood and Ella kept calling it a "Robin Hood". It took me forever to figure out what she was talking about.
The other day we got our Christmas tree, and this was the comment I overheard from Olivia: "What should we put on the top of the tree...I know, a picture of me!" You might think she was joking, but she was dead serious.
The other day I was driving and I was anxious because I was going to be really late picking Olivia up. Annie wanted to talk to me while I was trying to concentrate on driving and I told her I couldn't talk right then because I was sad. She looked at me and said, "You sad? But you da mom!".
